Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pains of Hell; but most of all because they offend You, my God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin.
Amen.

Almighty and eternal God,

who created us in Thy image

and bade us to seek after all that is good, true and beautiful,

especially in the divine person of Thy Only-begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, grant, we beseech Thee,

that, through the intercession of Saint Isidore, Bishop and Doctor,

during our journeys through the internet

we will direct our hands and eyes only to that which is pleasing to Thee

and treat with charity and patience all those souls whom we encounter.

Through Christ our Lord.
