Speaking from a place of 1/64" long...Gregory,

Speaking from a place of 1/64" long hair, I feel free to call any in-between hair-cut "preppy". I've had the middle-of-the-back, all one length hair. I've had the inbetweens. I can tell you this from authoritative experience: long hair, and super-short hair are bad-ass. Short spikey hair? Preppy.

:)Kane Augustushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07555200343644277026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31142535.post-7048441121833804352010-06-09T09:56:32.487-04:002010-06-09T09:56:32.487-04:00Yeah, we had a great time.
But sadly, yes, I had ...Yeah, we had a great time.

But sadly, yes, I had to cut my hair. It needed a trim back in January for Brandy and Mike's wedding, but the gal who trimmed it did a hack job that made it look overly blunt and top-heavy. The only way to fix it was to cut it off, so I just went back to the spikes.

I just got it re-cut about a week ago, so it's still in the "new hair-cut phase" in these pics, which typically is extra short to save me getting haircuts too often. So that's why it looks extra conservative.

I resent being labelled "preppy" :P

Interesting write-up. I'm fairly certain there are more than three theories of the atonement--especially since none of those three adequately reflects what I believe. But I guess that's the point of your article--at least insofar as it deals with theories of atonement (or proofs of God)--that a holistic approach to them is the more appropriate way.

I'll probably respond to your notion that claiming to be 'the' orthodox representation of Christianity is unwarranted exclusivism another time.

God bless
GregoryGregoryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03982931507445593579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31142535.post-35899486985017145872010-06-09T00:43:13.608-04:002010-06-09T00:43:13.608-04:00Gregory,
I'm glad your time went off well. I...Gregory,

I'm glad your time went off well. It's always nice when things go as intended. Moreso when there are little bonuses along the way (e.g., wee-uns dancing innocently).

But damn, man! Did you have to cut your hair? You were starting to look so bad-ass with all the scruff and long hair. I thought it really suited you well. But now you're all conservative and prepped-out at the alter. Jesus had long hair, bro. What happened to emulating him as much as possible? ;)

Here is a little reflection for you. Don't worry, I criticise all faith-traditions equally.Kane Augustushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06365182037573315451noreply@blogger.com
